Left and right you hear of innovative and silly fad diets being introduced all the time. Silly though it may seem but so many are willing to try it just to find out if they are indeed effective or not. This diet is said to be very effective as it allows a person to lose weight at a short period of time. First of all if it is based on the way cavemen eat or on the foods eaten in the Bible it is likely to be a bit bogus. That type of diet is based on food deprivation and vegetarianism and both types of weight loss methods have been around for thousands of years.

Especially since there are no generic ways to solve everyone's weight issues the approach to manage it should be extremely personalized /customized to ensure long term solution.
