I believe a weight loss program that would really work had to be something that could become part of your diet, and even your family's diet, over a long period. It had to be an easy addition to your daily activities. I believe that the key factor for success in any weight loss and detoxification program is ease of execution and affordability-time and money. The lemon juice diet allows you to to do just that.

Obviously these people understand that it's not a good idea to use this type of diet. It's basically the same thing that the HCG Diet critics say - They argue that anyone can lose weight, even without HCG, if they are using a very low calorie diet - And that is true. But like I have said time and time again, without the HCG you might lose some weight, but you will be losing the wrong kind of fat and even lean muscle.

Went slightly over my 1000 calorie target today but I reckon I easily offset this with a good weights session and a 15 minute HIIT routine (my first in a long time). Feeling a bit tired today but still intend to do some more cardio and some weights. I have a plan to help reduce my calorie intake for tonight’s takeaway; use my own rice with the meal (and no chips!). I am going to research the calorie content of Chinese takeaway dishes so that I might better estimate my calorie intake on Fridays. I hate guesstimates - I need raw data, with no ambiguities!
