If you are thinking that Ketogenic diet menu plan will not allow you to diet in Sundays, you are wrong. You can have more meal but you have to diet every single day. Breakfast: Have boiled vegetables and meat. Lunch: Have a sandwich, boiled chicken and vegetable salad in your diet. Dinner: Grill some chicken wings in olive oil and have it with boiled vegetables and salsa. Yes, your ketogenic diet menu plan also includes your restaurant meals.

Nuts and seeds are rich sources of fiber, vitamins, minerals, proteins and heart-healthy unsaturated fatty acids. Consult your physician to get yourself checked in terms of weight, height, heart rate etc. Ask your doctor if its right to lose and gain weight and at what you need to know before you can begin. What are the recommended foods and exercises that you as an individual should undertake dont assume that you can do the same as someone else. Balance calories:- Eat small size-able meals and avoid large portion meals.

I’m on it again now…7 pounds, seven days so far. Can I have a protein shake first thing in the morning before breakfast, I followed 90% of the diet to take into account low carb, high fat and I lost 8 kg in two weeks. I can’t find protein bread. You can do anything for 2 weeks! Remember, eat as much of meat, fish, and chicken as you like. This is the only diet program I’ve ever tried. It worked for me many years ago, plus, I love grapefruit. I’m going back on it today and I can’t wait to see the results.
